Wine Island is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves wine, great food and a relaxing day out in the middle of Sydney harbour.
Held over 3 days from Friday 10 Nov – Sunday 12 Nov, 2017 on Clark Island, this is the place where you can feel like you’re leaving the city while entering the very heart of it. Your holiday begins aboard the Luxe Estate Bubbles Boats with a glass of sparkling for the short journey over to the island. Once ashore, you’ll sip your way through a selection of over 100 new wave and classic wines.
Island food is curated by award-winning chef, Warren Turnbull (Banc, Assiette and Chur). Warren has created a bespoke island menu to match to our island wines such as Hawaiian poke, Mexican tacos, cheese, oysters and some lamb on the spit to whet your appetite.
The popular Island Masterclasses will return with Wine Selectors bringing sweet dreams to life in the form of Dessert Island (dessert wines matched to delicious sweets). They will also be shaking their tail feather with you at the Silent Disco Drops (matching music to wine – last year’s smash hit) – to find out more head to the Masterclass page.
No journey to Wine Island is complete without visiting The Cracka Wines ‘Club House’ – guests will be encouraged to relax in style, being waited on hand and foot with day beds and an earthy selection of organic and biodynamic wines.
